Good day!

On behalf of AHS and Prosci, welcome to the upcoming 3 day Prosci Change Management Certification Course on August 22 - 24, 2018.  It is going to be an exciting and intense learning experience and I am looking forward to meeting and working with each of you.

During this 3 days, you will:

• Learn about the Prosci Methodology, concepts, tools and best practices
• Apply learning during the class directly to one of your current projects
• Develop and present a “case for change management”
• Write a short exam
• Graduate with the skills and knowledge of a Prosci change management practitioner

Prior to the course, we require you to complete some pre-work.  In order for you to get the most out of these 3 days, this email with attachments contains information and activities that are mandatory to review, complete and submit prior to the course.  While it might look like a lot at first, it won’t take long to complete.

Please start with the Prosci Participant Preparation Package, which summarizes all of the pre-work you need to do.  It explains the pre-work and other attachments, and contains instructions on what you need to do prior to the course, complete with a checklist.  The pre-work is due to me by August 15, 2018.  Please ensure you allow yourself time to complete this required pre-work.
